At RyuLabs we respect the privacy of people who visit this site and of people who contact us. This policy explains what data we process, why, and what your rights are, under Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law 25,326.

What data we process

  • Browsing. This site has no forms and does not use tracking or advertising cookies. To serve the site and protect it from attacks, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type, and may use technical security cookies.
  • Language preference. If you choose a language with the switcher, your browser stores it locally to remember it. This information is not sent to any server.
  • Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to know how many people visit the site and which pages they view. This tool does not use cookies and shows the information in aggregate, without identifying individual visitors.
  • Contact. If you message us on WhatsApp, email us or call us, we process the data you share with us (for example, your name, your phone number or email address, and the content of your inquiry).

What we use it for

We use contact data only to answer your inquiry, prepare a proposal and, if we work together, manage the project. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Service providers

To operate, we use third-party services that may process data on servers outside Argentina, such as Cloudflare (site hosting and analytics), Google (email) and WhatsApp. Each of them processes data under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep contact data for as long as it is needed to answer your inquiry or for the business relationship, and for the periods required by law.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, or its correction, update or deletion, by writing to contacto@ryulabs.com.ar. We reply within the time limits set by Law 25,326.

The data subject has the right to access their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, as provided in article 14, paragraph 3 of Law No. 25,326. The Agency for Access to Public Information (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública), as the supervisory authority for Law No. 25,326, is responsible for handling complaints and claims from anyone whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the rules on personal data protection.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we publish the new version on this page with its update date.
